Blanco Party Opening Night

ISSE 2012
Blanco Party

Two years in a row, we have had a opening night Blanco Party. Out on the beach, everyone gathers
dressed all in white. With new friends and old we could get our pictures taken together in front of the ISSE Backdrop. All of the speakers are mingling with us, it's nice, they are just everyday people just like the rest of us, but with incredible talent and drive. The Blanco party gives all of the ISSE members
a chance to network and get to know a little about each other, what type of business we represent, where we are from, and how long we have been in the business. Also alot of business connections take place, I know from my own experience I have some incredible friends/business associates all over the U. S. and find it easier to ask them for help or vent than I can with my local peers. I think this is due to the fact that they are in completely areas than I, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, L.A. and San Diego. They can look at any situation that I'm in from a neutral situation, and they are all about giving advise, which I welcome.

Hanging at the Hammocks

So I forgot to post some pictures of our first day "Hanging at the Hammocks". After registering, we all went to the preferred pool area, and hung out for the afternoon while everyone arrived. It was great to see familiar faces arrive all through the afternoon. Stacie's team made sure we had wonderful food, great drinks, along with her signature drinks, and our own band. We seriously were hanging at the hammoncks as you will see. We also got free massages while lounging around the infinity pool.

2012 Inspire Smart Success Experience Riviera Maya 2012

In my last post I talked about "The Bridal Style" pinning, which is FABULOUS! I also spoke about Stacie Ivers Francombe the founder of the Inspire Success Experience. Stacie has dedicated her business to helping event and wedding businesses be the best they can be. She will work with you as a
business coach, and she has ISSE events all over the U.S. and some in Cancun and the Dominican Republic. If you have never been able to meet or learn from Stacie you have really missed out on an
"EXPERIENCE"! Unlike many conferences for the event and wedding industry, she spends her time at our conferences teaching us, with other industry leaders, the best way to build and brand our businesses.
SO on that note, I am going to be posting over the next week pictures from my last ISSE experience
at NOW JADE in Cancun Mexico, a 3 day event. Enjoy!

Seeing old friends Sandrine Boisson Francis

Our general session with Stacie's opening comments "rules to inspire your smart success" followed by the best in our industry starting with Preston Bailey" the path to success in the event industry", Steve Kimble "building a vendor team", Robert Evans "finding your vision", Jacqueline Weppner "growing a blog that builds your business", Shawn Rabideau "don't comprimise your brand", Sonny Ganguly" top 5 marketing resolutions for 2013", Stacie Ivers Francombe "working on your business not in it", Christopher Confero "visionary leadership", Mike Colon "I want to get published",  Angela Proffitt "is technology bursting your bubble",  Brett Culp "storytelling for your business".

Tis the Season "The Proposal and Engagement Season"

Well it's that time agian, when all things shiney are on display! Christmas lights, Hannukah lights, glistening ornaments and hopefully the lustre of new fallen snow.

The one other shiney item that may be seen is the cut, clarity and color of a beautiful surprise engagement ring. Christmas may be one of the more popular times for gentlemen to propose to the love of their lives.

This ring may be presented in many forms, in a beautifully wrapped small box, a larger wrapped box with fun wrapping paper to throw the prospective bride off, a walk in the snow in the park or the proposal may be written in the snow for the very creative gentlemen.

That brings me to a hint to those gentlemen out there who are thinking of proposing over the holidays,
there are many pictures taken after the proposal, the engagement pictures, the bridal shower pictures, bacherolette and bachelor (watch it guys) parties and the wedding itself.

One of the most intimate times of the Wedding journey is the proposal itself. Unless the prospective groom to be, has involved the family, the proposal rarely gets photographed. That's where a wonderful
photographer in the Peoria area comes in.

Samantha Lynn Photography, here in the Peoria area is a fabulous photographer, and she is doing photo sessions of "one" (not the only) but one of the most important days in your life, and she does a fabulous job.

Obviously these photos of one my most favorite weddings I ever coordinated, were taken at the wedding. Believe me, girls if you have any inkling your loved one is going to "Pop the Question" and this can be any time of the year, get your girlfriends to give him this idea!

And PLEASE contact Samantha Lynn Photography at 309-642-0947 or at samanthabelcher@live.com,
you will not be disappointed!!! Check out her website and you will see the fabulous work that she does.
She is inventive, comes up with creative shoot ideas and is so FUN to work with.
Merry Christmas to all, and Happy Holidays

The brides fingernails have become intregal part of brides look for the day of her wedding. I am going to be working with Natural Nails in Junctin City shopping area, in Peoria, IL. to try some of the following nail designs.
Just like the above pearl nails, their flirty and elegant at the same time.

This look is interesting too! Your ring finger is painted a different color. And no, you don't have
to use red and gold. You can use your wedding
colors to look gorgeous with your beautiful wedding ring and also up agianst your stunning wedding dress.

I love this one, with the gold stripe and crystal, it mirrors your own wedding ring. The french design nails are classic for a wedding. You can even put crystals on your
toes on the edge of white of the french tips, I think just doing the big toe is perfect.

As Natural Nails and I try different nail designs I will be posting them at the end of the blog. I hope this inspires you to try something different with your fingernails and toenails.
